Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality products, as well as exceptional service. Please carefully review our no refund and no return policy, which applies to all orders, including customized products.
Customized Products:
All customized products are created specifically based on your personal preferences and specifications. While we make every effort to accurately fulfill your customization requests, please be aware that the final product may differ slightly in appearance due to a variety of factors. These can include but are not limited to material differences, printing processes, element alignment, and color reproduction. Variations in textures, print alignment, color shades, and overall aesthetic quality are normal in the production of customized items, and we cannot accept these differences as grounds for a return or refund. These aesthetic variations are to be expected and are not considered defects. Customized products are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange of any kind. Once your logo is added to any product, we cannot undo the process or take it back. Any functionality or aesthetic issues that arise cannot be resolved with a refund, return, replacement, or exchange. All sales are final and products are sold as-is pre-manufacturing, which is why we offer and recommend sample products before the order is placed.
Defects:
While we take great care to ensure that every product meets our high standards, there may occasionally be issues with the product's functionality or the logo print. If you receive a product that has a defect—such as an incorrect logo print—we ask that you contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Replacements will only be issued if the issue is a result of an error on our part, such as printing the wrong logo. If the logo or design is incorrect, we will provide a replacement. However, if the error is not a printing issue (e.g., a minor color mismatch or other slight design misalignment), the product will still be non-refundable and non-returnable.
Aesthetic Variations and Virtual Expectations:
We understand that purchasing items online can be different from seeing them in person, and we want to make sure you are aware that color, texture, print quality, alignment, and material variations may differ from what you see on your screen. Due to the nature of virtual transactions and differences in screen settings, lighting, and production methods, we cannot guarantee that the product will exactly match what was shown during the ordering process. For example, colors may appear slightly different, textures might feel different than expected, and prints or logos may not align perfectly as shown. These differences are part of the customization and production process and are not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange. It is important to understand that such aesthetic differences are entirely normal and to be expected when purchasing custom products online.
No Returns or Refunds:
All sales are final. This includes both customized and non-customized products. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed for any reason except for the specific circumstances outlined in this policy. This applies to all orders, whether the product meets your expectations or not. We do not accept refunds or returns for minor aesthetic variations, even if they differ from what you imagined when placing the order.
By placing an order with us, you agree to fully accept and understand this policy. You acknowledge that product colors, prints, textures, and alignment may not appear exactly as expected due to the inherent nature of virtual transactions and product manufacturing processes, and that these differences are not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.
